INTERIM REPORT ON HUMAN PERFORMANCE STUDY PROGRAM In 1990, AEOD initiated a program to enhance the staff's understanding of factors affecting human performance during operating events. They pursued this program by conducting six onsite studies of operating events. Enclosed is
.a copy of the interim report on the results of these studies. This report summarizes the study results, analyzes event characteristics, and describes problems identified.
Copies of this report have been forwarded to the region and senior residents.
