DPR-42 and DPR-60 Submittal of Revision 12 of the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant (PINGP) Security Plan In accqrdance with 10 CFR 50.4 and pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation, doing business as Xcel Energy (hereafter "NSPM"), is submitting Summary of Changes to Physical Security Plan (Enclosure 1) and Physical Security Pla*n, Revision 12, for PINGP (Enclosure 2). This change does not decrease the effectiveness of the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant's Security Plan.
The enclosures contain Safeguards Information. Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390, NSPM requests the enclosures be withheld from public disclosure.
