AND 2 The attached documents were provided by Hr. David Lochbaum to the NRC staff.
The documents are related to the staff's ongoing review of spent fuel pool cooling design issues at Susquehanna Steam Electric Station.
Attachment 1 is a facsimile from Hr.
Lochbaum to Joe Shea of the NRC staff, dated February 2,
1995, that discusses NRC correspondence concerning qualification of equipment for accident environments.
Attachment 2 is a facsimile from Hr.
Lochbaum to Joe Shea of the NRC staff, dated February 10, 1994, which discusses a Licensee Event Report made by the licensee of the Cooper Nuclear Station concerning a
design defect in the standby gas treatment system.
