CORRECTION OF NOTICE OF ENFORCEMENT DISCRETION FOR SUS(UEHANNA STEAN ELECTRIC STATION, UNITS 1
AND 2 (TAC NOS H98247 AND H98248)
Dear Mr. Byram:
By letter dated March 31, 1997, the NRC staff issued a Notice of Enforcement Discretion (NOED) for Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Units 1
and 2.
In the second paragraph on page 3.'f the
- NOED, we state that the NOED will be in e'ffect until "...a license amendment request changing the Technical Specifications can be issued."
This phrase should have been, "...a li'cense, amendment changing the Technical Specifications can be issued."
Our review of the above described error indicates that it has no effect on the validity of the March 31, 1997 NOED.
We regret any inconvenience that this error might have caused.
