Predecisional Enforcement conference to address the inoperability of the "E" emergency diesel generator for 20 days, a containment isolation valve that was blocked open during operation, a failure to control the equipment status for the standby liquid control system, and multiple discrepancies'in the performance of licensed and non-licensed operator rounds identified by your staff during your investigations following these events.
