PREDECISIONAL ENFORCEMENT CONFERENCE
Dear Hr. Byram:
This letter confirms the recent telephone conversations between Hr. James Kenny of your staff and Hr. Richard Urban of this office concerning the scheduling of a Predecisional Enforcement Conference, the details of which were provided to you in a letter dated November 9, 1995.
The conference has been scheduled for 10:00 AH on Thursday, January 4,
1996, at the Region I Office, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
The former Security Shift Supervisor (and his legal counsel or representative, should he so choose) should be in attendance at this conference.
- Also, a
separate Predecisional Enforcement Conference will be held with him following the conference with your staff.
