FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY (FEMA) FINAL REPORT FOR THE SUS(UEHANNA STEAM ELECTRIC STATION RADIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS EXERCISE
Dear Mr. Byram:
Enclosed is a letter from Janet Lamb', Chairperson, Regional Assistance Committee, FEMA Region III, received by us on November 8, 1995, transmitting the FEHA Region III final report for the August 15, 1995 exercise.
There were two deficiencies identified during the exercise.
One was remediated later during the exercise and the other was resolved during a
remedial exercise on October 12, 1995.
There were'lso 28 Areas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCAs) identified during the exercise.
Please provide assistance to offsite officials to address and resolve the identified items, as appropriate, if this has not already been done.
