INVESTIGATION REPORT NO. 1-92-052R
This letter refers to your two letters dated June 6,
- 1995, in response to our Hay 9, 1995 correspondence.
We have reviewed your response to the Notice of Violation issued with our Hay 9, 1995 letter, and conclude that it satisfactorily addresses the concerns with your performance identified in the violation.
- However, we do not concur with your stated disagreement related to the deliberate nature of your conducts We strongly encourage your continued abidance with the commitments contained in your response.
With regard to your request to withhold your transmittal letter and reply to the Notice of Violation (NOV) from public disclosure, in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a)(7)(iii), the only information we can withhold is that of a personal nature (e.g.,
medical information; social security number, home
- address, etc.).
We have determined that most of the pertinent information.in your reply is already in the public domain and there is not a basis for withholding the remainder of the information in your letter and reply.
- Further, much of this information was contained in our Hay 9, 1995 transmittal letter and NOV which previously were placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) and in the Local Public Document Room (LPDR), located in the Osterhout Free Library, Wilkes Barre, PA in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice".
Therefore, also in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790, your transmittal letter and reply to the NOV will be placed in the PDR and LPDR.
