The documents are related to the staff's ongoing review of spent fuel pool cooling design issues at Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Enclosure 1 includes PP&L procedure E0-100-102, Revision 6, "RPV Control," and the cover note dated July 25, 1994 to J.

Enclosure 2 is PP&L's internal Safety Evaluation ¹94-010 related to the licensee's plan to remove the spent fuel cask storage pit gates.
