NRC-93-05; 50-388/PA-93-01/NRC-93-05 We have reviewed the subject combined inspection report received by our office on February 12, 1993.
Enclosed are the subject report and the February 10, 1993 transmittal letter from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to NRC Region I. The report documents an inspection of your activities related to the shipment of low level radioactive waste, as conducted by the PA Department of Environmental Resources under the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the NRC.
