NRC-92-19; 50-388/PA-92-01/NRC-92-19 The subject report documents an August,12, 1992 inspection of your activities related to the shipment of low level radioactive waste conducted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of Environmental Resources under the provisions of
- a. Memorandum of Understanding between the Commonwealth and the NRC. We have enclosed the subject report and the August 27, 1992 transmittal letter from the Commonwealth for your information.
