By letter dated January 26,, 1990, you applied for an amendment to the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2, for Operating License Nos.

NPF-14 and NPF-22.

The proposed changes would have modified the facility technical specifications pertaining to elimination of Delta-T instrumentation.

Subsequently, by letter dated June 30,

1992, you withdrew the amendment request.

'The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
