This refers to the safety inspection conducted by Mr. A. Finkel of this office from
March 2 - 6, 1992, at Susquehanna
Steam Electric, Units
1 and 2, Berwick, Pennsylvania, of
activities authorized by NRC License Nos. NPF-14 and NPF-22 and to the discussions of
findings held by Mr. Finkel with Mr. G. Stanley and other members of your staff at the
conclusion of the inspection..
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I Inspection Report
which is enclosed with this letter.

the inspection, consisted of selective
examinations of procedures

records, interviews with personnel,
