and preventive actions
documented
in your letter.
These actions will be examined during
a future inspection of
your licensed
program.
You indicated in your response
that you intend to modify the steps
in the
EPG and EO-100/200-102 that allow depressurization
of a crit,ical reactor
following a Station Blackout Event during the
EOP upgrade to
EPG,

During a telephone
conversation with Ms. Tracy Walker of my staff on
December
10,,
1991,
Mr. Kapuschinsky of your staff indicated that you intend to
make this modification in the current
EOP revision process
which will be
completed
by March 30,
1992.
If you do not intend to make this modification
during the current
EOP revision process,
we request that you inform us as to
the reason for not making the modification and any alternative actions that
will be taken with respect
to this modification prior to issuing the revised
procedures.
