By letters dated August 8, 1990 and August 29, 1991, Pennylvania Power and Light Company, requested NRC review and approval of Topical Report PL-NF-90-001, "Application of Reactor Analysis Methods for BWR Design and Analysis" for Susquehanna Steam Electric Station (SSES),
Units 1 and 2.
Based upon the staff's review, as given in the enclosed Safety Evaluation, we find the application of PL-NF-90-001 acceptable for use in reload analyses for the
- SSES, Units 1 and 2 under the limitations delineated in the associated technical evaluation.
This completes the staff effort on this issue and closed TAC NOs.
