were discussed

of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.

examined during this inspection

Report which is enclosed with this letter and included your actions to resolve

16 previously identified concerns.

Within these

areas,

the inspection consisted

of selective

examinations

of procedures

and representative

records,

interviews

with personnel,

and observations

by the .inspector.

Your corrective actions for

15 of 16 previously identified

NRC concerns

were found to be acceptable.

However,

one-item pertaining to the degraded

bus voltage set point study based

on worst

case relay drifting and other scenarios

identified in your Engineering

Discrepancy

Report

remained

unresolved.

Your continued effort is required in

the timely resolution of this issue.
