This refers to the routine inspection conducted by Mr. P. Patnaik of this office from
April 16, 1991 through April 19, 1991, at the Susquehanna
site.
Mr. Patnaik discussed

results with Mr. G. Stanley of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
This inspection was directed at activities related to the inservice inspection.

during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I report that is enclosed with this
letter.
Within these areas,
the inspection consisted of selected examination of procedures

records, interviews with personnel,
and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
