Additional information is required in order to complete the staff's Technical Specification change review.

The request submittal does not have adequate description and information on the logic which is used to determine a real LOCA from a false LOCA signal.

The specifics of the requested information is in the Enclosure.

The additional information will be required by February 28, 1991 in order to complete Technical Specification review by April 30, 1991.
