Compliance Letter for Multi-Unit Sites

• The HCVS Phase 1 and 2 template and Nine Mile Point Unit 2 example compliance letter updated and provided to NRC staff.

• Only a compliance letter is to be submitted for the first unit(s) on a multi-unit site that achieves HCVS Phase 1 and 2 compliance, within 60 days following the compliance required date.

• Both a compliance letter and a Final Integrated Plan (FIP) covering the site will be submitted for the last unit compliance , within 60 days following the compliance required date.

• ISE open item responses will not be duplicated in the compliance letter if they were previously included in a docketed submittal (e.g.,

a six month update). The compliance letter will reference the submittal containing the open item response.
