Dear Mr. Byram:
This report transmits the results of the subject NRC written retake operator licensing
examination administered by your staff on September 30, 1999 at your facility. This examination
addressed
areas important to public health and safety and was developed and administered
using the guidelines of NUREG-1021, Revision 8, "Operator Licensing Examination Standards
for Power Reactors".
Based on the results of the examination, 2 of 2 Senior Reactor Operators
(SRO) applicants passed the written retake examination.
The examination results were
provided by Mr. J. Caruso to Mr. R. DeVore of your staff via a telephone call on September 30,
1999.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its
enclosures willbe placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
