Dear Sir I Madam,

I am currently one of two reviewing officials at the Kansas State University (KSU) TRIGA reactor (license R-88, docket 50-188). I will be leaving KSU for the Penn State Breazeale Reactor (PSBR) starting on June 1st, 2017. Therefore I am designating Max E. Nager, acting Reactor Supervisor, to serve as a reviewing official at the KSU reactor facility .in my place, effective May 26th 2017. Mr. Nager will serve along with our currently-appointed second reviewing official, Dr. J. Kenneth Shultis. The addresses for the two reviewing officials are as follows:
