Frank J. Miraglia, As'sistant Director for Safety Assessment Division of Licensing APPENDIX A TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUSQUEHANNA UNIT 2 OPERATING LICENSE The subject Technical Specifications are enclosed for incorporation in the Susquehanna Unit 2 operating license.
The Unit 2 Technical Specifications were developed utilizing the Unit 1 Technical Specifications as a basis.
They reflect design differences between Units 1 and 2, new regulatory requirements, and operating experience not already incorporated in the Unit I Technical Specifications.
These Technical Specifications were provided to the applicant for review in final draft form, incorporate the applicants'omments
- thereon, and have been certified by the applicant to accurately reflect the plant, FSAR as supplemented, and SER.
