In accordance with current HRC procedures regarding Board Notifications, the information contained in this memorandum is being provided to the Commission.
Teledyne Engineering Services (TES) conducted an independent design review for a portion of the Susquehanna facility and issued a final report on August 23, 1982.
An addendum to the TES final report, which is an Executive Summary of the IDVP performed by TES on Susquehanna is enclosed.
