SEA is an Intervenor in the operating license proceeding for the subject facility.
By letter dated Harch 31, 1981 to tlr. Tedesco ot the NRC Staff you requested that you be sent a copy of the Applicants'esponse to the Staff's request for additional information on finances dated March 4, 1981.
As you are well aware, the Staff is unable to provide you a free copy of such documents.
To do so would violate the U.S.
Congress'rohibition against financial assistance to Intervenors in NRC proceedings.
- However, a copy of the Applicants'ecently received response that you requested is being placed in the LPDR for the Susquehanna facility at the Osterhout Free Library in 1lilkes-Barre.
It should be available there for your inspection and copying by the time you receive this letter.
