e-1B and Order of November 4, 1980, the NRC Staff on I@vembe~ 25, 1980 filed an answer in support of the Applicants'otion for summary disposition of Contention 17 (ozone).
Our November 4 Memorandum and Order also permits the Applicants and other parties to file answers by December 1,
1980 to certain questions we posed concerning the Applicants'ummary disposition motion.
In accordance with 10 CFR 52.749(a)
(as amended effective October 17, 1980),
any party opposing the Applicants'otion may respond to new facts and arguments presented by the Staff, or to be presented by the Applicants (assuming that they respond to our November 4, 1980 questions).
Such response shall be filed no later than December 22, 1980.
