This is in response to your letter to Mr. Stark of June 7, 1980.
In the future please direct your correspondence to the NRC Staff, in your role as a spokesperson for Interveno'rs in the subject proceeding, to Staff Counsel.
As you already know, the Commission has not authorized payment of Intervenors'ravel expenses in connection with their attendance of technical meetings between the Staff and Applicants in licensing proceedings.
Such meetings are not officially reported.
Thus transcripts of such meetings are not available.
However, written summaries of the meetings (except of unclassified and proprietary portions) are prepared and issued by the Staff.
These summaries are placed in the public document rooms and copies are sent to parties to the particular proceedings.
