- 'pon receipt of your ffling ent)tied "ECNP-Intervenors'dditional Responses to Applicant and Staff Interrogatories as Mrected by the Board Memorandum of March 27. 1980" I became aware for the first.time that a copy of the transcript of the Second Special Prehearing Conference'f March 20 and,21, 1980 had not been sent to the Pennsylvania State University (PSU) Library. "As you no doubt.
recall. in my letter to you of October 15, 1979 I informed you that the Staff'ad arranged for copies of the transcripts of.,the Susquehanna proceeding to be made available there.
A copy of the transcript of the-First Special Prehearing'onference was placed in the 1jbrary at PSU.
Through a Staff oversight a Copy of the transcript of the Second Special Pre-hearing Conference was not*sent te the library at; PSU.
A copy will be sent as soon as the transcript can be reproduced., It should-arrive by the time you
" get this letter;,
. I.hope that such oversights will not occur again.
- However,
$f copies of future transcripts are not available in the library at PSU within twe weeks after a
'session of the'roceeding takes place, and jou will notify me by phone or-postcard, I will try to rectify the situation.

'EMORANDUM In its May 1, 1980 filing of additional responses to interrogatories of Applicants and Staff, the Environmental Coali-tion on Nuclear Power (ECNP) asked for clarification with respect to a filing cited in our Memorandum dated March 27, 1980.
There we referred to "ECNP's February 11, 1980 response to the Appli-cants'ebruary 4,
1980 motion."

ECNP asks, "Does the Board mean to refer to the February 18th,
- 1980, ECNP filing,+>>~:?"
The answer is, "Zes."
In paragraph 6 of oux Maxch 27, 1980 Memorandum, line 3, "ECNP's February 11, 1980 response" shall be corrected to read "ECNP's Pebruary 18, 1980 response".
ECNP 'is'ran'ted an extension of time to May 23, 1980 to file a further answer with regard to interrogatory 4E-1'.
