50-387 and'50-'388's we discussed by telephone on July 9, pending receipt of the affidavit of your client, Ms. Mary Kelchner Creasy, stating that she is unable to provide additional facts (names, dates or other details) in support of her allegations and that tlie information provided by her at the January Prehearing Conference is all that slie possesses or of which she has personal knowledge, a decision on the utiltty of taking her deposition will be held "in abeyance.,
Her deposition will not be taken on July ll, 1979.
A Her unequivocal statement that her inability to provi'de more information results from her lacR of knowledge of additi'onal facts rather than from any Secrecy Agreements that she executed while employed by Bechtel Corporation will be important to a determination of wliether her deposition is believed to be necessary.
I understand that I may expect to receive Ms. Creasy's affidavit during the week of July 16-20, 1979.
