GNF-A Security-Related, Proprietary, and Personally Identifiable Information (attached)
Withhold from Public Disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, RIS 2005-31, & RIS 2007-04 Carole and Doug, In hopes it facilitates your reviews, Im forwarding to you a copy of GNF-As FOCI information (COO undertaking/delegation/OODEPs) update package, dated 4-27-17, and submitted electronically to NRC this morning, April 28.
The attached encrypted PDF carrier file has two embedded PDF file attachments. The 1st embedded PDF file (with noSSNs in filename) is a copy of the submittal with the SSNs redacted but which remains non-public, official-use-only information because it still contains GNF-A proprietary, security-related, and other personal privacy information. The 2nd embedded PDF file is a copy of the complete non-public, official-use-only submittal (in one file rather than the three
separate files in our submittal to NRC ADAMs).
This submittal reflects only a change in the Hitachi-appointed member of two governing boards.
Per NRC staffs earlier direction, Im also forwarding to Carole the original signatures paper copy of the package via Fed Ex (for delivery on or about 5/1).
