This revision includes changes made as a result of a security equipmemt assessment at Surry Power Station. The plan became effective March 28, 2017. provides the evaluation that concluded the changes did not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.

Enclosures 1 and 2 contain Safeguards Information (SGI) as defined by 10 CFR 73.22.
