Dear Mr. Barker:
APR 1 4 2017 U.S. Department of Homeland Security FEMA Region V 536 South Clark Street, 6th Floor Chicago, IL 60605 FEMA The State of Ohio has requested Federal participation at the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station's Radiological Emergency Preparedness (REP) Exercise scheduled for Aprill5 to 19, 2019. The REP exercise will be both a plume phase and ingestion pathway exercise with full participation from the State of Ohio, Lucas County and Ottawa County.
We are requesting the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission-Rill to provide a Federal Advisory Team member to participate in the April2019 exercise. The Federal Advisory Team members would interact with and support various exercise operations, including the analysis and interpretation of radiological data.
