Dear Mr. Knollmeyer,

This is to notify you, pursuant to Condition 15 of the Facility Form Policy and Section XII of the Facility Worker .Form Policy, that the c:aptioned Policy and Certificate are cancelled as of 11:59 p.m. on July 21, 2017, standard time atthe address of the named insured as stated therein. In accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, the reason for cancellation is the significant c::hange in nuc.lear liability insurance risk due to the production of substantial quantities of lodine-131 in the Missouri University Research Reactor and the subsequent processing of the lodine-13lin th*e Hot Cells at the Missouri Research Reactor Center; which was identified during a February 9, 2017 teleconference with representatives of The Curators of the University .

of Missouri. During this call, ANI also learned that the University intends to produce, process and deliver Molybdenum-99 under a similar commercial contract. The production of Molybdenum-99 would also present a new and significant change in nuclear liability insurance risk.

As the Facility Form Policy and Facility Worker Form Policy also require, we are sending a copy of this notice to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
