We took a look at it and had a few small recommendations:
The third paragraph of the Undertaking reads as follows:
WHEREAS, Covenantor, who as COO is the senior management official for GNF-A, is U.S.
citizen but because of other citizenship is not able to be processed for and obtain a personnel security clearance at the required level to serve as the cleared senior management official for GNF-A; and.
Suggest several changes below in RED: [I think covenantor is misspelled - it should be covenanter - with an er, not an or.]
WHEREAS, Covenanter, who as COO is the senior management official for GNF-A, is a U.S. citizen but because of the Covenanters [redacted by LMQ] citizenships is not able

[External_Sender] [WARNING: MESSAGE ENCRYPTED]RE: GNFA Update GNF-A Security-Related Information - Protect from Public Disclosure Doug and Carole, Per prior discussions, attached is a password-protected PDF of the final version of two documents to be executed by the GNF-A COO upon his return from this weeks NRC Regulatory Information Conference in DC and thence formally submitted to NRC as a follow-up to our 11-1-16 and 12-16-16 FOCI information submittals. We believe these documents in tandem when executed address the requirement in the preamble of 10CFR95.18 previously discussed with NRC staff.
We currently intend to also create GNF-A Governing Board resolutions acknowledging the attached documents and related exclusions, consistent with past instances of such resolutions submitted to NRC by GNF-A, for execution by the Governing Board members when they next meet in June 2017 and subsequent submittal to NRC.
