ORDER October 6, 1980 At the Board's recyxest, staff counsel explored pre-liminarily whether the security plan hearing could be held at the facility in San Francisco where applicant's confiden-tial documents are now being made available to the other parties under secure conditions.
We have since received a
letter from counsel for the Governor dated October 1st objecting to a hearing on applicant's premises.
Copies of that letter were mailed to the other parties.
The Board wishes to have the other parties's views about convening the hearing on the applicant's premises.
In respond-ing, the applicant is requested to describe the facilities that might be used and whether it would be willing to make them available for that purpose.
In light of the need to decide the matter promptly, responses are to be in our hands one week from today.
It is so ORDERED.
