By letter dated April 25, 2016 (Reference 1), the NRC issued Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 1032 Amendment 0, Revision 1, for the HI-STORM 100 FloodMind (FW)

Multipurpose Canister (MPC) Storage System.

ln accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 72.212, "Conditions of general license issued under 572.210," paragraph (b)(4), the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) is submitting the re-registration for the use of six HI-STORM FW spent fuel storage casks under the general license to store spent fuel at the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN) lndependent Spent Fuel Storage lnstallation. All six casks were registered with the NRC in references 2 and 3, and referenced CoC 72-1032, Amendment 0.

The registration letters, however, did not include a reference to Revision 1, which was an administrative oversight. The re-registration of these six casks, which were placed in service between October 5,2016 and November 11,2016, is provided below.

paragraph (b)(2), WBN is re-registering with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) the use of spent fuel storage casks at WBN's lndependent Spent Fuel Storage Installation.
