U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION REGION I NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING MN-17-012 April 5, 2017 Licensee: Exelon Generation Company, LLC Facilities: Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 & 2 Docket Nos: 50-352 and 50-353 Date/Time: May 22, 2017 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Location: Temporary Office Location of the Limerick Township Municipal Building 155 South Limerick Road Limerick, PA 19468

Purpose:

The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will meet with the public to discuss the NRCs assessment of safety performance at Limerick Generating Station for 2016, as described in our annual assessment letter dated March 1, 2017. The NRC will respond to questions on specific performance issues at the plant and our role in ensuring safe plant operations.

NRC Attendees: Daniel L. Schroeder, Chief, Division of Reactor Projects, Branch 4 Scott Rutenkroger, Senior Resident Inspector Matthew Fannon, Resident Inspector Public Participation: This is a Category 3 Meeting. The NRC staff will hold an open house to discuss Exelons performance at Limerick Generating Station during calendar year 2016. NRC staff will be available, in an informational setting, to answer questions from members of the public and discuss issues or concerns related to Limerick Generating Station.
