Docket No. 50-186 University of Missouri - Columbia Research Reactor Renewed Facility Operating License No. R-103 Research Reactor Center 1513 Research Park Drive Columbia, MO 65211 PHONE 573-882-4211 WEB murr.missouri.edu Enclosed are two (2) versions of six (6) attachments -Attachments 1, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 - that are in support of a request to amend the Technical Specifications appended to Renewed Facility Operating License No. R-103 pursuant to 10 CFR 50.59(c) and 10 CFR 50.90. One version of each attachment contains proprietary information and we request that you withhold it from public disclosure per 10 CFR 2.390. It is clearly labeled "Withhold from Public Disclosure Under 10 CFR 2.390." Attached is the affidavit, dated March 23, 2017, which explains the reasoning for this request. The second is a redacted version that can be disclosed to the public.
