17.2 QUALITY ASSURANCE DURING THE OPERATIONS PHASE The Operational Quality Assurance Program for the Union Electric Company's Callaway Plant is described in the Operational Quality Assurance Manual (OQAM). The Quality Assurance Program description, formerly maintained in this section of the FSAR, is now maintained in the OQAM as a separate licensing document. The OQAM will be maintained in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54.
