We are pleased to provide the final version of Appendix X to NEI 05-04/07-12/12-16, Close-Out of Facts and Observations (F&Os), to NRC for review and endorsement. This revision, which is included as an attachment to this letter, addresses all comments from the NRC staff, as well as feedback from three independent assessment pilot reviews. Many licensees intend to use this guidance to close PRA Peer Review findings to substantially improve the efficiency of risk-informed license amendment reviews. Achieving endorsement of this guidance document is of very high priority to the industry.
