The enclosure is a submittal by the Goverment Accountability Project (GAP) of April 12, 1984 which had been submitted directly to the Cormission.
The sub-mittal is a petition in accordance with 10 CFR 2.206 to initiate certain relief prior to anv low-power license decision and is based on alleged misleading or false statements by the NRC staff.
