and 2), Docket Nos.
50-275-OL and 50-323-0L, is hereby reconstituted by appointing the following Administrative Judge to the Board:

Mrs. Elizabeth S.
Bowers was the Chairman of this Board, but, because of a schedule conflict, she is unable to continue to serve.
As reconstituted, the Board is comprised of the following Administrative Judges:
