LUCO AND TRIFUNAC FOR PERMISSION TO PROVIDE TESTIMONY BY SEPTEMBER 5, 1980 T
Doctors Luco and Trifunac respectfully move the Board to allow, them. to provide their testimony by September 5,
1980 in lieu of the September 2 date established in the Board's Order of August 7, 1980 (ALAB-604).
Secretarial help on which Dr. Luco had relied has suddenly become unavailable to 'him and because of the Labor Day holiday he has been unable to make substitute arrangements.
Dr. Trifunac also is having complications related to typing and transmittal resulting from the holiday weekend.
The few additional days requested will enable each to provide the testimony required.
