Dear Mr. Boles:

This letter acknowledges receipt of your letter dated March 1, 2017, which describes the actions you have completed up to the date of the letter in response to the Confirmatory Order issued to you by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on September 1, 2016. We have completed our review of the actions described in your letter, which appear to be responsive to Section V of the Confirmatory Order, and have no further questions at this time. These actions will be examined during future inspections.

This letter will be made available for public inspection and copying at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.htm and at the NRC Public Document Room in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 2.390, Public Inspections, Exemptions, Requests for Withholding.
