Dear Sir:

Pursuant to 1 o CFR 50.90, Duke Energy Florida, LLC (DEF), hereby submits a supplemental reference document requested by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response, to support the review of License Amendment Request #321, Revision 0, ISFSI Only Physice1I Security Plan submittal, dated May 24, 2016 (Reference 1 ).

Specifically the Crystal River Nuclear Plant (CR-3) security blast analysis was requested.

Enclosures 1 contains the CR-3 security blast analysis which is Safeguards Information as defined by 1 o CFR 73.22 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.

There are no regulatory cbmmltments made within this submittal.
