. \>r Attachment to RA 17-0014 Page 1 of 1 Summary of Changes to Three Procedures and One Form that Implement the Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS) Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP)

1. Procedure EPP 06-002, "Technical Support Center Operations," Rev. 39A This revision defines the acronym "HPN" as "Health Physics Network" in Attachment C, updates telephone numbers in Attachment D and changes the name of an organization from "Health Physics" to "Radiation Protection" in Attachment E. These changes are editorial in nature and do not decrease the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP.
2. Procedure EPP 06-003, "Emergency Operations Facility Operation,"

Rev. 24A and 248 Revision 24A updated telephone numbers in Attachments A and B and Revision 248 corrected the title of procedure EPP 06-003. These changes are editorial in nature and do not decrease the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP.

3. Procedure EPP 06-004, "Public Information Organization," Rev. 28 Step 7.9.1 was revised to instruct Information Messengers to use a cell phone, instead of a radio, in the Topeka facilities. Adequate facilities and equipment continue to be provided at the Topeka facilities and this change does not decrease the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP.

Step 7.12.2 was revised to improve the description of the southeast entrance of the Wolf Creek facilities that will be opened when the Media Center is activated at Wolf Creek. This change in editorial in nature and does not decrease the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP.

4. Form EPF 06-018-16, "Topeka Joint Information Clearinghouse (JIC)

Inventory Checklist," Rev. 4 The inventory item for "Motorola Radios w/headsets and charging adapters" has been replaced with an inventory item for "Cell phones &

charging adapters." Adequate facilities and equipment continue to be provided at the Topeka facilities and this change does not decrease the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP.
