STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) requests renewal of the Quality Assurance (QA) Program Approval for Radioactive Material Packages (Docket No. 71-0645) that will expire on November 30, 2017.
STPNOC's QA program as a shipping cask user is unchanged from the description provided in Reference 1 which was accepted by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. This Approval was last amended (Revision 5) in November 2007 (Reference 2).
There are no commitments in this letter.
