COOPER NUCLEAR STATION -WITHDRAWAL OF RELIEF REQUEST RE: FIFTH 10-YEAR INSERVICE INSPECTION INTERVAL, RR5-02, DEFERRAL OF SERVICE WATER SYSTEM REPAIR
Dear Mr. Higginbotham:
By letter dated December 14, 2016 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML16351A264), Nebraska Public Power District (the licensee) submitted a relief request for the fifth 10-year inservice inspection interval, RR5-02, Deferral of Service Water System Repair, for Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS). Subsequently, by letter dated February 2, 2017 (ADAMS Accession No. ML17053A111 ), you withdrew the request for relief.
In your withdrawal letter, you stated that the piping that was the subject of the relief request was repaired during the CNS fall 2016 refueling outage.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above-cited relief request is being treated as withdrawn.
