STPNOC verbally notified Mr. Mark Haire, Plant Support Branch Chief on January 19, 2017 that STPNOC is not requesting a Regulatory Conference on this matter, and will not be submitting a written response. STPNOC understands that by declining to submit a written response or to arrange a Regulatory Conference, the preliminary assessment of significance will become final.
