NOTIFICATION The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff (Staff) is filing this notification to inform all participants that the Staff has issued a letter relaxing the schedule requirements of Order EA-13-109 at the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant. Entergy submitted the request to the NRC on September 8, 2016 for an extension to comply with the requirements in Section IV of NRC Order EA-13-109 concerning implementation of the Phase 1 (wetwell vent) at the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant until June 30, 2018.1 The Staffs letter is available through the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) via Accession No. ML16336A754.
