On December 7, 2016, the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) administered the generic fundamentals examination (GFE setion of the written operator licensing examination io employees of your facility. Encloed ritn tfris letter are copies of the examination answer key forfoims "A" and-"8", the grading resultsforyourfacility, and copies of the individual answer sheets for each of the individuals taking the examination from your facility.

Please fonruard the results to the individuals along with the copies of their respective answer sheets. A "P" in the column labeled TOTAL GRADE indicates that the individual achieved a passing grade of 80 percent or better on the GFE, while an "F" in the TOTAL GRADE column indicates the individual failed the examination.
